14-Day Return Guarantee

We're confident you'll be satisfied with Apexara Revive Select. If you're not, we offer a 14-calendar-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order.

How to Return

1. Contact us: Email info@vitaluminous.world or phone +61 2 8045 7210 within 14 days of receipt to arrange your return.
2. Prepare your return: Pack the unopened, unused bottle securely.
3. Ship: Return postage is at your expense (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Product must be unopened and unused.
• Bottle must be in original condition.
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We'll arrange for collection at our expense and issue a full refund or replacement.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by contacting us within 24 hours of our confirmation call. Full refund will be processed.

Order Refusal

If you refuse delivery (cash-on-delivery option), you can return the unopened product within 14 days. Return postage is at your expense.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bank account for cash-on-delivery orders) within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.
